What it can and cannot do
Can
- Take a Draw Fee of two percent on each trade.
- Read the Pass Count on every transfer and apply the Edge Share.
- Remove Honed WHET from issue.
- Step the Pass Count forward after a completed transfer.
Cannot
- Change the Draw Fee.
- Reset or edit the Edge Schedule.
- Lower the Pass Count.
- Reissue Honed WHET.
- Move a Carrier's balance, pause the Trade Floor, or mint.
